Job Description
Our Client is a leading multinational company in the Services industry with a strong and long-lasting presence in the Greek Market.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's B2B commercial strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats to formulate effective strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Implement and refine sales processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, support the professional development of team members, participate in recruitment, set up the training modules
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to develop account plans and strategies for key clients.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion and new customer acquisition. Explore and establish partnerships, collaborations, and alliances to enhance market presence.
Your Profile:
- Strong academic background, MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role within a B2B environment.
- Proven experience in people management and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
