Key requirements:
- 15+ years of experience within Multinational & big local Pharmaceutical companies.
- Hands-on experience handling Saudi market is a MUST.
- Previous hands-on experience in Sales Management coupled with handling other domain as Market Access, Key Accounts Management & Marketing is a MUST.
- SFE Management along with Training & Development experience is a MUST.
- Track record in building & developing people capabilities.
- Strategy setting expert with a dynamic character to ensure the plan's implementation & revenue growth.
- People Management experience is a MUST.
- Fluent English.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Outstanding leadership competency.
