• Hands-on experience in Leasing role • Establish build and nurture relationships with IPCs, CPs and corporates with an objective to advice, lease commercial real estate spaces to them • Creating strong leads, maintain excellent relations with existing tenants and IPC / brokers • Identify and reach actual occupiers based on target audience identification • Create and maintain a database of site visits, inquiries and lead generation. • Must know to conduct site inspections, have a sound knowledge of working on legal documentation Leave and License / Lease Agreements. • Must have a strong eye for detail to achieve the best outcome for the company. • Must have sound knowledge of financial analysis and financial modelling
