Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Get the licenses to be operating in the country
- Re-evaluate the business model and advise on the most efficient model to operate
- Distributor management: Build strategic partnership and relation with distributors within the Egyptian market
- Manage the strategic relation with the distributors in the market and bring new businesses
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build short term “1 year” and long term “5 years” business plan
- Implement the strategy for launching new products
- Monitor and achieve the company’s sales budget per product
- Building strong market knowledge through communication with different stakeholders Ex. KOLs, UPA, EDA and other licensing authorities
- Being a commercial champion responsible for coordination between different functions
- Supervises the distributors' sales performance by reviewing daily sales and collection reports and provides feedback and recommends corrective actions when needed
Requirements:
- Min 10 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare industry with special Focus on sales and/or marketing
- Preferred experience in Orphan drugs, specialty medicines or Plasma products is a strong asset
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
- Proven track record of success in similar positions
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business field
- MBA or similar degree is a strong asset
