The commercial manager will be liaison between their operational and finance team.The candidate should be willing to travel and work from either of their three office in Mumbai 

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Contract Management 

a. Advise operational teams on commercial aspects of bids

b. Negotiate new projects and contarct terms with client

c.Contact Vetting 

d. Ensure that the organization complies with its commercial contractual obligations 

2. Commercial Management 

a. Management of working capital and having an acumen to link collection with payments.

b. Managing commercial compliances with respect to payment policies, credit norms, review of payment terms and dealer collection terms.

c. Understanding of letters of credits, Bank guarantees terms & Conditions.

3. Reports 

a. Budgeting and variance analysis

b. Cash flow planning & Management 

4. Ensuring continuos process improvements receivable and collections 

5. Continuous engagement with project, finance & procurement teams 

Skills required:

1. Microsoft Excel 

2. Negotiation

3. Strong communication in English & Hindi 

4. Analytical Skills 

Qualification & Experience require for this role 

The candidate should have a degree/ specialization in Finance and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
