We’re hiring a Commercial Manager for one of the multinational pharma companies, we’re looking for a caliber with growth mindset who works on analyzing market trends & competitors’ presence to help him identifying new business opportunities for the company.

Key responsibilities:

• Align, develop, and implement an effective strategic commercial plan
• You’ll be working on developing and maintaining a strong relationship with key stakeholders, Importers, & Distributors.
• You’ll be responsible for recruiting and overseeing contractors and vendors.
• You’ll be working on analyzing company data to measure the success of past projects and make beneficial changes to future initiatives.
• Ability to work on Tender Management related duties.

Key requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience within the pharma industry in similar domain.
• Current or previous experience working for MNC is mandatory.
• Current or previous experience working on primary care products is a MUST.
• Exceptional Communication & Negotiation skills.
• Problem solving mindset.
• People management experience for at least 2 years is a MUST.
• Fluent English.
