Our Client is an established multinational company specializing in the medical devices industry. For their rapidly growing operations in Greece and Cyprus, there are searching for an experienced ‘Commercial Manager’ to join their team.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop the Company’s commercial strategy for Greece and Cyprus and lead its execution through the sales team, marketing, and tender, in pursuit of the Company’s overall business goals.
• Lead a high-performance commercial team that delivers sustainable growth; develop members of the team, mentor, and coach for excellence.
• Manage the sales & marketing operating budgets and sales strategies to ensure that the Company identifies and optimizes a clear path to accelerate the growth in the medical technologies market.
• Monitor and deep analyze the market trends, market value, and competition and ensure robust penetration (market share) of the current medical technologies portfolio as well as for the new innovative products and technologies.
• Ensure the go-to-market strategy, an effective follow-up of sales results, and set up action plans to reach the sales objectives.
• Lead with data and drive to results with an emphasis on building strong and lasting relationships with public and private hospitals.
• Implement Market Access initiatives, with the aim of achieving reimbursement of medical technologies by public and private payers.

Your profile:

• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• 10+ years of experience in a healthcare sales environment, ideally in the medical devices market.
• Experience in managing budgets; ownership of profit and loss.
• Demonstrated success in networking with senior level and C – Suite clients.
• Proven team development and people management skills.
• Strong client and market-focused perspective.
• Fluent in English.
