Work model: On-site, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and nurture strong partnerships with existing associates.
• Identify opportunities to optimize the dissemination of the company's casino content and enhance revenue streams.
• Serve as a liaison between partners and various internal departments.
• Initiate communication with partners through calls and meetings, and ensure follow-up.
• Craft persuasive partnership proposals with compelling return on investment.
• Recommend appropriate promotions and negotiate terms with partners.
• Establish performance targets for each new partner based on thorough evaluation and business analysis.
• Foster robust relationships with senior management and key stakeholders.
• Provide monthly performance reports and strategies for client expansion.
• Deliver market insights and strategic counsel to management.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve short and long-term objectives.
• Set ambitious commercial targets and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve them.Requirements:
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial acumen and an innate ability to identify revenue-generating opportunities.
• Proven track record in a senior client-facing role within a dynamic corporate business development environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in the online gaming sector.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Extensive experience in leading B2B communication and negotiation.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel as required.
