A multinational Pharmaceutical company is looking for a Commercial Operations Director with 12 years' experience with the following responsibilities:
- Creating annual budgets, analysing the market, and projecting ROI
- Developing individuals' and the company's key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess commercial performance
- Collaborating with the assigned stakeholders to develop incentive schemes, KPIs, and monthly activities/targets
- Maintaining customer relationships and attaining new clients.
- Creating programs to train and coach the team on commercial excellence and guaranteeing their implementation
- Excellent communication skill and fluency in English
- Background in a Pharmaceutical company is a MUST
