Job Description: Commercial Representative – Remarketing Division
Location: Bucharest
Work Type: hybrid model (3 days from home, 2 days at the office)
Employment Type: PermanentRole Overview: The Commercial Representative for the Remarketing Division is a proactive individual who will be actively involved in daily operations and strategic activities. The role involves managing the sales platform for second-hand cars, ensuring that vehicles are accurately listed, prepared for sale, and efficiently auctioned.Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Oversee the administration of recovered vehicles, company cars, and those returned from operational leasing or rent-a-car services according to existing procedures.
- Platform Management: Register vehicles in the database within the established timeframe, upload vehicle details onto the sales platform, and prepare them for auction (including photos and detailed descriptions).
- Auction Management: Create auctions, set starting prices close to market value, monitor the auctions, allocate vehicles, and manage billing to dealers.
- Sales Process Coordination: Organize the sale process for company and recovered vehicles, ensuring that all necessary information (photos, reports) is properly recorded in the system.
- Reporting: Generate reports related to returned or recovered vehicles, and ensure the timely administration and archiving of sales contracts and related documents.
- Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and improve work processes, propose new procedures, and optimize existing ones to ensure smoother operations.
- Dealer Network Development: Expand the network of used car sales dealers and enhance the sales platform processes.
- Customer Support: Address and resolve issues from dealers and clients via email, providing excellent customer service.
Key Skills:
- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel), including tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing the inbox, using basic Excel functions like VLOOKUP, and filtering data.
- Communication: Strong persuasive and communication skills, with the ability to understand and implement company procedures effectively.
- Proactivity and Reactivity: Ability to take initiative, follow through on tasks, and propose and implement new ideas to improve processes.
- Detail-oriented: A keen eye for detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Qualifications:
- Education: A completed university degree with a bachelor’s diploma.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of the automotive sector and remarketing is a plus.
- Language Skills: Intermediate proficiency in English.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills. The candidate should be detail-oriented, motivated, proactive, and capable of multi-tasking.
