Job Description: Commercial Representative – Remarketing Division

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Oversee the administration of recovered vehicles, company cars, and those returned from operational leasing or rent-a-car services according to existing procedures.
• Platform Management: Register vehicles in the database within the established timeframe, upload vehicle details onto the sales platform, and prepare them for auction (including photos and detailed descriptions).
• Auction Management: Create auctions, set starting prices close to market value, monitor the auctions, allocate vehicles, and manage billing to dealers.
• Sales Process Coordination: Organize the sale process for company and recovered vehicles, ensuring that all necessary information (photos, reports) is properly recorded in the system.
• Reporting: Generate reports related to returned or recovered vehicles, and ensure the timely administration and archiving of sales contracts and related documents.
• Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and improve work processes, propose new procedures, and optimize existing ones to ensure smoother operations.
• Dealer Network Development: Expand the network of used car sales dealers and enhance the sales platform processes.
• Customer Support: Address and resolve issues from dealers and clients via email, providing excellent customer service.

Key Skills:

• Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel), including tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing the inbox, using basic Excel functions like VLOOKUP, and filtering data.
• Communication: Strong persuasive and communication skills, with the ability to understand and implement company procedures effectively.
• Proactivity and Reactivity: Ability to take initiative, follow through on tasks, and propose and implement new ideas to improve processes.
• Detail-oriented: A keen eye for detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Qualifications:

• Education: A completed university degree with a bachelor’s diploma.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of the automotive sector and remarketing is a plus.
• Language Skills: Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills. The candidate should be detail-oriented, motivated, proactive, and capable of multi-tasking.
