Responsibilities:

• Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals
• Handling all administrative duties for HQs departments
• Providing assistance to management team members and executives as needed
• Performing data entry duties in regard to metrics, sales figures, and other key data
• Creating and processing sales in a timely manner
• Reporting any unusual activity to supervisors
• Expediting requests rush orders and altering sales orders and shipping information as required

Requirements and skills:

• Russian OR Ukrainian fluent is ideal;
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant commercial/sales department support or Customer service within an electronic/IT&C distributor company/vendor/integrator etc.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and MS Excel
• BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field
• Excellent local and conversational English language required
• Analytical
• Able to understand sales needs
• Good presentation and writing skills, acting with a sense of urgency and being able to work both independently and in teams
• Promptness and self-organization
• Efficient communicator
• Punctual and positive personality.
