Salary~20k Eur p.a. + company benefitsLocationBucharest, RomaniaIndustryInformation ServicesJob DescriptionOur Client has its HQ in Ukraine and is active in the sector of Distribution of smart devices in the markets of Ukraine the EU (Bulgaria), Moldova, and the CIS.We are looking for a person who will be responsible for the back-sales office, covering: ERP maintenance, sales documents, basic documents finance control and it will be the main person who will communicate with HQ’s finance\legal\logistic department.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals
- Handling all administrative duties for HQs departments
- Providing assistance to management team members and executives as needed
- Performing data entry duties in regard to metrics, sales figures, and other key data
- Creating and processing sales in a timely manner
- Reporting any unusual activity to supervisors
- Expediting requests rush orders and altering sales orders and shipping information as required
Requirements and skills:
- Russian OR Ukrainian fluent is ideal;
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant commercial/sales department support or Customer service within an electronic/IT&C distributor company/vendor/integrator etc.
- Hands-on experience with ERP and MS Excel
- BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- Excellent local and conversational English language required
- Analytical
- Able to understand sales needs
- Good presentation and writing skills, acting with a sense of urgency and being able to work both independently and in teams
- Promptness and self-organization
- Efficient communicator
- Punctual and positive personality.
