Responsibilities: 

Guarantee the correct execution of internal commissioning of the projects (FAT) and subsequent assembly and commissioning at destination (SAT), until final acceptance by the client:

• Carry out commissioning tasks, following the guidelines set by the Project Manager.
• Keep the Project Manager informed about any incident.
• Coordinate the assembly team during FAT and SAT.

Main Tasks:

• Detailed review of project specifications
• Testing and validation electrical elements
• Configuration and validation of machinery and equipment
• Loading and testing of the programs
• Testing of the installation
• Internal acceptance (FAT)
• Drafting of the user manual
• Facility relocation tasks
• Client acceptance (SAT)
• Providing customer support
• Weekly reports

Studies:

• Electronics, Automation, and Robotics

Main Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in the commissioning of industrial machines and automation projects.
• Deep knowledge in PLC programming, preferably Siemens or Omron
• Deep knowledge in robot programming, preferably Fanuc or Kawasaki
• Experience with handling and palletizing robots
• Bus, Ethernet i-p, Profinet, ethercat, profibus among others.
