Main Responsibilitie

• Develop a thorough understanding of the Global Travel Retail business and how the legislative and regulatory processes impact the channel.
• Monitor and assess political and legislative developments that will create commercial risk and competitive advantage to anticipate changes in the business.
• Build and develop relationships with critical media, industry organizations, and other stakeholders aligned with Global Travel Retail strategy.
• Provide support to sales and functional leads for accurate planning and implementation.
• Collaborate with other markets and global functions to develop a market strategy that reflects the specificities of Global Travel Retail business operations.
• Support the implementation of the Communications Plan by engaging internally with employees and handling external communication initiatives that the company undertakes in the travel retail markets of responsibility.

Requirements

• University degree level or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position in the private sector or government, experience in Travel Retail will be an asset.
• A strong relationship builder who can manage internal and external stakeholders across regions and teams.
• Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and collaboration with global colleagues.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Command of French will be an asset.
