We are hiring a Community Executive for a reputable community management company in Dubai, managing jointly owned residential and commercial properties. The Community Executive will serve as the first point of contact for tenants, owners, and related parties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, timely issue resolution, and a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to tenant, owner, and vendor inquiries within 24 hours and follow up until resolution (typically ≤48 hours).
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and empathetic demeanor in all interactions.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams, vendors, and other departments to ensure prompt service delivery.
- Document all interactions, requests, and resolutions in the company’s CRM/customer service system.
- Educate tenants and owners about building policies, procedures, and services.
- Identify opportunities for service improvements and escalate unresolved issues to management.
- Conduct move-in briefings for new tenants and owners.
- Ensure timely, proactive communication for all client requests and inquiries.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in community or property management in Dubai.
- Strong knowledge of RERA regulations and Mollak system.
- Proficient in MS Office.
