· Participate in regional projects together with the local C&B country Lead to prepare compensation materials, salary assessments and market analysis.
· Support the continued development, rollout and maintenance of job and salary structures in an external system used by the company.
Compensation Programs
· Support the updating of HR portal content and C&B communications
Compensation Benchmarking and Competitive Analysis
· Participate in and use compensation surveys to regularly analyze our market position on jobs and to determine appropriate market ranges
· Participate in the annual benchmarking process to review positions and survey matches; implement changes and upload/download survey participation
· Complete flash surveys and other practice-based surveys to obtain market intelligence on the practices of our competitors with a focus on base pay and short-term incentive programs
· Provide subject matter expertise on compensation benchmarking tool and assist regional Compensation & Benefits teams in obtaining local market intelligence
· Responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of salary structures, ensuring alignment with Company pay philosophy and balanced with external market competitiveness
· Attend Pharmaceutical Industry survey meetings, providing feedback on survey design, ensuring alignment with the scope of Company roles
Required Experience and Skills:
· Minimum 1 - 2 years’ work experience in HR, compensation, finance, accounting or consulting.
· Ability to collate large amounts of data from multiple sources, analyze and coalesce the data to develop recommendations
· Solid analytical skills
· Strong written and oral communication skills in English
· Strong capability in Office Program
