Compensation & Benefit Manager
In order to bringing joy to life with smart premium electric vehicles and an outstanding user experience. Our client company was founded in November 2014 as a global electric car company. The company employs over 12,000 people worldwide in world-class R&D, design and manufacturing centers in Shanghai, Beijing, San Jose, Munich, Oxford and six other locations. Currently we are looking for a Compensation & Benefit Manager (m/w/d) in Munich
Tasks
- Advise executives and HR Business Partners on all issues related to Compensation & Benefits.
- Implementation of an international compensation system including a comprehensive modern benefit plan for our employees as well as competent consulting of executives during the implementation process
- Continuous market and competition monitoring as well as benchmark studies in Compensation & Benefits
- Implementation and definition of salary bands and grading structures
- Support in the creation of uniform job descriptions and in the evaluation of roles
- Planning, implementation, and coordination of the annual salary review
- Design, independent implementation, coordination as well as further development of all compensation processes taking place
Requirements
- Successfully completed business degree with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable field of study.
- Several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in an internationally operating company
- Experience in the development and optimization of compensation systems and structures
- Sound knowledge of tax and social security law, ideally in an international environment
- Project management experience
- High affinity for numbers and strong analytical thinking skills
- A high degree of personal responsibility, reliability, structured and solution-oriented action
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal sensitivity
- Hands-on mentality coupled with a pragmatic and positive attitude
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
