Job Description
What are the activities of the C&B Coordinator
- Analyze, administer, and implement compensation programs, which may include annual merit processes and incentives; ensure effectiveness and consistency of programs
- Partner with People Success Business Partners to communicate and train managers on people processes and policies
- Manage pre-onboarding and onboarding process including the enrollment documents and the facilitation of onboarding sessions
- Benefits provider management and administration of all benefits programs including wellness programs
- Identify and implement actions to improve processes including onboarding and offboarding
- Management, safeguarding, and updating of all employee records
- Participate in worday projects to help us to achieve our goals

- 4+ years of work experience specializing in C&B
- Strong and proven analytical skills
- Problem solving

- Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a team
