• As the Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the company Reward Strategy and administrating all C&B programs for employees in accordance with the company's HR strategy, policies and processes.
• Aligning C&B of the company with market dynamics and company startegy across Egypt.
• You'll be definetly the one who ensures an efficient job evaluation process by updating & revisiting the current Jobs grade blueprint in coordination with internal stakeholders, to gurantee an internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Prepare & update the annual staff cost budget in coordination with the business partner and the FP&A teams as part of the annual company budget cycle.
• Handling the C&B/ operations as sole contributor manager.

Key Requirements:

1. 8+ years of experience.
2. Experience in Telecom/ Engineering/ Technology or IT Solutions industry is a MUST.
3. Strong experince in C&B and total rewards.
4. Excellent in handling operations & processes.
5. Stakeholder management & High sense of Business Acumen.
6. Excellent communication skills with analytical mindset.
7. Fluent English is a MUST
