Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Manager

Salary – Up to 15,000 AED + Company benefits

Location: Dubai

Reporting To: HR Head – Corporate & Territories

Qualification: MBA – Full time

Job Description

Role Summary:

You will be responsible to design strategies in align with business goals of the company and implement it across the hospitality industry. Handling employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues and will ensure to create a positive working environment. This role will be responsible to develop, design and implement policies i.e., Compensation and Benefits, Performance management, Rewards and Increment.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing annual incentive schemes
• Seamless execution of annual pay reviews
• Partner with IT team to ensure the platform for KPIs, goals and performance reviews are running smoothly
• Drive effective goal setting & performance review
• Will work with Head of HR on all the Adhoc projects and support on execution & implementation across UAE & other territories
• Analyse trends in market towards compensation and benefits; research and propose competitive base and incentive pay for key roles to ensure its alignment
• Liase with the HR teams to close on any provisions or related costs
• As and when required, will be responsible to prepare and provide Adhoc reports as requested by the Group Head of HR
• Guided by Head of HR, design and define framework towards compensation and benefits structure. Will review and update HR policies & process as per the business objectives.
• Partner with the HR team to ensure ratings are aligned with the respective group policy.
