- Position 1 : COMPLETE VEHICLE PROJECT MANAGER

Job scope:

1. Proposal project styling development strategy;

2. Formulate, track and styling development plan, control the quality of project model development and delivery risk;

3. Organizational department and company-level modeling review;

4. Cooperatively build and improve the system documentation of modeling processes, specifications and work instructions



Qualifications:

1. Familiar with vehicle styling and parts industrial design and development process; excellent styling resource coordination and overall planning ability;
2. Over 8 years experience in the required area, more than 5 years of work experience as a project manager in styling center, and successfully completed at least 2 vehicle projects
3. Familiar with the project management knowledge system and related tools;
4. Excellent inter-professional communication and coordination skills;
5. Familiar with office software, passion for communication and coordination, clear ideas and plans for reporting upwards, clear task goals for downward communication, and able to lead the team to complete corresponding tasks.


- Position 2 : PRODUCT DIRECTOR :

Job scope:

1. Responsible for receiving and managing the input of modeling design projects outside the professional department;

2. Manage and promote the solution of engineering problems in each stage of the external modeling design of each project;

3. Responsible for coordinating various professional groups to formulate solutions to the feasibility problems of key external modeling projects;

4. Lead the evaluation of phased engineering projects outside the organization;

5. Responsible for data release at all stages of external modeling;

6. Responsible for completing benchmarking data collection, technical standard compilation, and establishment of the professional system and process;

7. Cooperate with the engineering department to promote the development of leading engineering technology related to modeling;


Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in using CATIA software for section drawing, data production, etc.;

2. Have relevant experience in complete vehicle styling engineering work (more than 12 years);

3. Possess excellent styling scheme understanding ability;

4. Have excellent overall planning and coordination capabilities;

5. Have good team management skills;

6. Possess good innovation ability and learning ability
