Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve promotional materials, campaigns, and marketing activities for compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Monitor field force activities and promotional events to ensure compliance with policies governing interactions with HCPs.
• Provide regular training and updates to Sales, Marketing, and Medical teams on promotional compliance, transparency reporting, and code of conduct.
• Lead compliance reviews for speaker programs, advisory boards, congress activities, sponsorships, and third-party engagements.
• Develop and maintain clear SOPs and compliance guidelines specific to promotional practices.
• Monitor compliance incidents and ensure timely resolution.

Job Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical compliance, ideally focused on sales, marketing, and promotional practices.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance codes.
• Experience in reviewing promotional materials and managing HCP interactions.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and risk awareness.
