THE ROLE:
Identifying relevant themes for Major Conference.
Drafting concept notes. Understand advanced contemporary business issues.
Writing or commissioning promotional material.
Creating content based on research and interaction with Industry.
Creating invites for speakers, jury members, entries, international participation.
Recruit senior industry leaders as speakers/jury.
Create content of the show - Theme, topics, discussion pointers, categories. Research on Advisory/speakers/jury.
Coordinate for sponsorship.
Coordinate with Design/Marketing team for brochure/marketing timelines.
Initiate and close partnership/Media tie ups. Creating event flow/Agenda.
Communicate with all stakeholders of multiple projects.
Manage, control & adhere to deadlines.
Database Management mapping Speaker invitees.
Coordinating with Industry Associations for their support for the conference.
Overseeing Post Event activity.
DESIRED PROFILE:
Minimum of 2 - 5 years in organising events and conferences.
Networking & Relationship Management Skills.
Excellent Communication Skills / Training Facilitation Skills.
