Responsabilitati:
- verifica cererile de asistență tehnică
- sprijina acțiunile de rechemare
- ofere consiliere tehnică dealerilor de marcă
- ofera soluții de reparații, pentru a monitoriza calitatea produselor
- menține o comunicare continua cu importatorii/producătorii
Candidatul ideal:
- deține o diplomă de licență;
- are1-3 ani de experiență de lucru relevantă,
- are cunoștințe de limba engleză;
- are experienta de lucru in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- are permis de conducere valabil.
