Job Description
Our client is a leading company in the solar construction industry. For their growing operations, they are searching for a ‘’Construction/Contracts Project Manager’’ to join their team.
Your responsibilities:
- Defining the project brief and setting client expectations in respect of deliverables, plans, and management of the project.
- Contract management.
- Document the project’s creation, development, and execution as well as the project’s scope, budget, and justification.
- Design a project management plan, complete with deliverables, schedule, time, cost and resources required.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, and deliver contractual documentation to clients.
- Manage all scheduling, approval process, and necessary paperwork.
- Oversee daily production and workflow and provide performance evaluations to higher management.
- Review the project plan and project activities to ensure adherence to the project plan.
- Provides oversight on an organization’s projects by maintaining best practices and documenting project status and strategy.
- Managing project risks and issues engaging all the team members and initiating corrective/preventive actions.
- Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
- Oversee the development of the project and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently.
- Liaising and meeting with clients, site managers, and operating units in order to report on project progress.
- Communicate with stakeholders on scheduling, staffing, technical requirements, or any changes in the project.
- Responsible for monitoring the consumption levels of consumables and ensuring the adequacy and timely replenishment of the stock.
Your profile:
- 6-7 years of experience in managing construction projects in Renewables.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (AEI, TEI).
- Strong leadership and business management skills.
- Experienced in collaborating with different departments.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Experienced with AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
- Availability to travel up to 20% of time.
