Key Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in construction design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing steel and reinforced concrete structures, specializing in monolithic construction.
• Utilizing software tools such as Tekla Structures, Etabs, Consteel, and IdeaStatica for efficient design processes.
• Collaborating with the team to develop and execute design plans that meet project specifications and requirements.
• Demonstrating proficiency in English (intermediate level) for effective communication within the team and with clients.
• Utilizing standard office suite tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) to document and present design proposals
• elaboration of technical documentation in various design phases: concept, DALI/ SF, DTAC, PTh and DE
• creation of 3D calculation models and structural analysis, calculation briefs
• making 3D models and detailing them in execution plans
• correlation of the project with the other specialties - architecture, installations, vertical systematization
• compliance with the delivery deadlines
• monitoring the progress of execution works on the construction site.

Compensation:

• Fixed part of the salary will be mentioned on the work card.
• The variable part of the income can range from 30% to 100% of the gross salary per quarter.

Working Conditions:

• Flexible working hours with an arrival window between 8:00 - 9:00 am and departure between 16:30 - 17:30 pm.
• The option for remote work will be considered, depending on project demands and the candidate's prior experience.
• No additional certifications are required beyond the relevant diploma(s).
