Our client is a very famous energy company listed in Stock Market in China and we are looking for a construction manager working in Barcelona
Barcelona , he/she will be reporting directly to General Manager and lead a promising project in Spain.
Project Delivery:
• Participate in creating a professional energy project team in Spain subsidiary from zero to one.
• Gathering relevant materials, providing technical support, completing the general layout plan.
• Ensure project objectives are met according to the plan, as the same time make an evaluation of provider in Europe .
• Monitor timelines and budgets, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Cross department function:
• Contribute to the development of execution plans for architectural and master planning designs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain high-quality standards, aligned with company and government policies.
• Participate in meetings, document proceedings, and conduct site inspections.
• Organize and participate in environmental impact assessment (EIA) design, and review processes.
• Review project design proposals for compliance, and engage actively in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project budgets and cash flows within project parameters to deliver targets and achieve most efficient ROI across project.
• Ongoing measurement and analysis of campaigns to ensure strategies deliver on budgeted sales targets and cost per sale.
• Provide timely project and market analysis reports.
• Ensure adherence to all Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and Design standards
Reqruiements:
• Degree qualification in Construction Management or similar , successful working experience with Chinese company is a plus
• Fluent in English, Spanish and Chinese mandarin.
• Proven project management expertise using Navisworks, AutoCAD, and project management skills
• 5+ years working experience in construction phases, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in project design.
• Candidates with experience in European greenfield investment project management, project design, or design management is a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to problem solve and keep calm under pressure on complex projects;
• Strong communication skills (formal & informal); and capable of working under pressure.
