Our Client is an expert in flooring system expert, a group of entities expanded into the international arena quite rapidly. It was initially founded in 2010 from the desire of its founders to contribute to people’s prosperity amd right now has several hundreeds Employees in 3-4 countries in Europe. 

Right now their Belgium entity is looking to expand its operations with a PROJECT MANAGER  full time role, non-remotely.

We look for a construction engineer, with min 3-5 on site experiences, faced various activities from quality, maintenance, engineering, implementation and control of a project to the people related aspects; in other words we need a person who has some good experience as a Project leader and as people manager too, or has the abilities to develop into a good people manager.

This role will report to the local Operations Manager and can be of ANY Eu nationaly, with the condition to relocate to Bruxelles or to already reside in Belgium, nearby their office.

The language of communication will be ENGLISH all the time. The Flemish language could help , not a must.

The Client focus is to find a person who is able and interested to :

• Manage the team through all the project phasis
• Be very well organized and able to supervise the 6 team leaders who will directly report to him (each TL supervising tens of workers) 
• Able to allocate and control the project resources and to do multi-tasking, when required etc
