Role overview:

Development of a plan and implementation of a project for the construction and commissioning of a warehouse complex.

1. Requirements for qualifications and experience:

∙ higher construction or engineering education. Or education in the field of management;

∙ work experience as a project manager for at least 5 years. Preferably have experience in project management for the construction of a warehouse or other facility;

∙ knowledge, skills and competencies necessary for project management, as well as for organizing effective interaction of the project's organizational team;

∙ basics of project and operational management;

∙ knowledge of the legislative and regulatory framework governing the construction industry;

∙ legislative requirements in the field of ecology;

∙ Preferably a Project Management certificate;

∙ knowledge and use in practice of special software (including autocad) required for project management;

∙ ability to work in intensive mode, negotiate and make responsible decisions;

∙ knowledge of English.

2. Job responsibilities

∙ Strategic vision of the goals, objectives of the project and ways to achieve them.

∙ Development of a detailed plan for the implementation of the project, from start to close of the project, coordination of actions necessary for the successful implementation of the plan.

∙ Responsibility for the completion of the project on time and for monitoring the execution of the planned tasks by all parties to the project on time.

∙ Responsibility for the timely execution of all documentation required for the implementation of the project (lease agreement, contract for the sale of property, services, etc.)

∙ Support of the warehouse manager in the development of the operational zoning of the premises and the storage system of the warehouse.

∙ Responsibility for the timely acquisition of the necessary materials and equipment for the implementation of the project.

∙ Elaboration of a system of general management of all interrelated processes.

∙ Organization of work of the organizing committee of the project, effective interaction with the team.

∙ Control over the progress of the project, its comprehensive analysis and measures to minimize risks.

∙ Provide timely progress reports to management.

∙ Activities related to the closure of the project due to its completion.
