Our Client is an ambitious Romanian construction and architectural integrated services company, acting as a General Designer for civil, infrastructure, industrial constructions, by carrying out all the stages related to the integrated design processes, from the study of solutions to the reception of the works. They are running projects on 2 continents, 4 countries and 34 cities, in various sectors residential, educational, medical, infrastructure, logistics etc
They are unique in their way to assess the final client needs their life style and their preferences and aim to build starting from this point and beyond just the need to build.
The role of a Project Manager within our Client Company is to coordinate and supervise the entire project process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality of works.
He/she is responsible for effective communication between design teams, clients and subcontractors, thus ensuring the successful delivery of complex architectural projects.
The Project Manager reports to the Technical Director.
He/she works in close collaboration with the team of senior architects, engineers, construction specialists and other relevant departments. Together with this team, the Project Manager ensures the effective integration of resources and skills to achieve the project objectives in a coherent and optimal way.
The usual Key Tasks of this role:
• Prepares and organizes the activity plan within the projects, ensuring the necessary resources to achieve the set objectives.
• Coordinating the design team and overseeing their activities to ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.
• Ensures effective communication between the various departments and teams involved in the project, as well as with clients and subcontractors.
• Monitors project progress, tracks status of meeting deadlines and reports project status to Technical Director.
• Identifies potential risks and problems during projects and develops action plans to effectively manage them.
• Ensures compliance with contracts and specific requirements of each project, including interim and final handovers to clients.
• Collaborates with the managers of the architecture and resistance departments to resolve and adhere to the contractual terms, respectively with the collaborators for the installation specialties.
• Develops long-term collaborative relationships with project partners, clients and financiers.
• Provides technical support and guidance to junior members of the design team.
• coordinates the activities within the department directly supervising the project teams/responsibles, consultants and other collaborators involved;
• Performs the activity of verifying the documentation received from third parties, for the specialties related to the project.
The Candidate key requests:
• Architectural or construction engineering university graduate
• General professional experience: 5 years - 10 years in construction and design.
• Specific experience of at least 5 years in design and construction projects.
• Higher studies in the field of architecture (alternative - engineering, construction)
• Formal certification as a Project Manager (represents an advantage).
• Experience in tendering for public works is an advantage (Similar experience – Position of Project Manager / Key Expert, etc.).
Nice to have:

Knowledge of working in the BIM system
Knowledge of MS Project - Creation of Gantt Charts
English fluent and Driving license - B (represents advantages)
