What You’ll Do

• Organize and oversee construction works on site
• Coordinate contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor quality standards and project timelines
• Manage and maintain construction documentation
• Contribute to technical solutions and process improvements
• Develop a deep understanding of project plans and site documentation
• Proactively identify risks and prevent potential issues
• Track project progress to ensure delivery on time and within budget

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience (more is a plus)
• Professional certification/licensing is an advantage but not required
• Strong knowledge of construction regulations, technologies, and project phases
• Willingness to work on-site depending on project location
• Experience on complex projects (multi-phase sites, strict deadlines, urban environments, international subcontractors, specialized technologies, etc.)
• Minimum A2 level of English
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Valid Category B driver’s license
• Reliable team player with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
