Project Manager
This is a complex IT and business project that includes the implementation of a new core solution, integration with existing systems, and the optimization and digitalization of user processes. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of the project—from initial analysis and solution selection, through implementation and data migration, to system stabilization and transition into regular operations. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the primary contact for the clients, ensuring they get the most out of the platform. You'll support clients through the entire campaign process, from initial setup to final performance analysis, while building strong, long-term relationships to ensure client success and satisfaction.   Responsibilities:   Provide support to clients from the initial campaign setup through to the final performance analysis.
