Job Location -Gurgaon Sohna Road.
Working Days - 5 days plus alt Saturday (2nd and 4th off)
Compensation - Fixed + Variable- Will be discussed at an offer stage.
Job Description- Lead- Business Development
- Market Analysis- Study the market by going through various job boards and portals and look at who is recruiting and for what positions in the Managerial level are recruitments being made.
- Identify Decision makers and build a contact with the Decision makers
- Making cold calls for the leads identified and getting calls converted to meetings.
- Preparing presentations to be made to the client and getting meetings fixed.
- Generating Business Leads and converting leads into clients.
- Client Acquisition- Selling and cross selling our services to potential clients and pitching in wherever required basis the market analysis and leads generated
- Negotiating Contracts and driving closures for profit maximisation
- Client Management and periodic review of performance vis-à-vis expectations of client. Involves Key Account Management as well.
- Coordinating with Recruitment team for role closures
