Job Title: Senior Consultant – F&A
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Lead efforts in acquiring new clients and expanding key accounts within India.
• P&L Responsibility: Manage profit and loss for F&A sectors, ensuring financial goals are met.
• Solution-Oriented: Identify and solve business problems, continuously streamlining processes for efficiency.
• Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and opportunities in the recruitment sector through networking and knowledge management.
• Social Media Engagement: Utilize social media channels to attract new clients and business opportunities in recruitment.
• Team Leadership: Build and develop a robust, profitable team, mentoring members and allocating roles effectively.
• Client Consultation: Provide market intelligence, industry insights, and counsel to clients and internal team members.
• Business Strategy: Prepare and monitor business plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
