Job Requirements:

• BDS or equivalent
• PhD in any field of Dentistry or equivalent
• 5+ years experience after PhD Certification
• Valid SCFHS is a must

Job Description:

• Ensuring that all dental staff members are following the proper procedures for sterilization of equipment and other items used in patient care
• Evaluating the performance of dental staff members and providing training as needed
• Establishing protocols for infection control, sterilization procedures, and other safety measures for the dental office
• Reviewing treatment plans and making recommendations for changes to improve results for patients
• Providing leadership and management skills to staff members in order to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities
• Reviewing patient records to ensure that they are up to date and accurate
• Overseeing the operations of the dental office, including hiring new staff members or terminating those who are not performing well
• Coordinating with other medical professionals to ensure that patients’ overall health is being cared for during treatment
• Providing dental care to patients as ordered by a dentist
