- Minimum of 1-5 years of Sourcing experience with a recruitment agency / in-house role.
- Proven experience in sourcing strategies, sourcing a passive candidate
- Proven understanding of sourcing methodologies
- Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan, maintain confidentiality and handle confidential information, function effectively with / part of a team, demonstrate effective customer services skills, utilize market research tools and techniques.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
