About the role:

We are looking for experienced SAP FICO professionals with strong expertise in Controlling – Product Costing (CO-PC) and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) to support large-scale SAP transformation and finance modernization programs. The role involves working closely with global clients to design, implement, and optimize cost and profitability solutions aligned to business strategy and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end SAP FICO solutions with focus on CO-PC and CO-PA
• Configure product costing, overheads, WIP, variance analysis, and settlements
• Design and enable profitability and margin reporting across products and markets
• Work with business stakeholders to translate finance requirements into SAP solutions
• Ensure integration with FI, MM, SD, and PP modules
• Lead workstreams and mentor team members (Manager role)

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO – CO-PC & CO-PA
• Deep understanding of management accounting, product costing, margin analysis, and profitability reporting
• Experience in at least 2–3 SAP implementations or rollouts
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance (preferred for Manager roles)
• Strong client-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related discipline)
• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) is an added advantage
