Hiring for a Consultative Sales Leader for the Low Code sub-vertical of the Interactive practice of a global top-tier Digital Solutions, Systems Integration, Consulting and IT Services major, for their UK region.

Role & responsibilities:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies related to Low Code Application transformations.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s Low Code Application service offerings and articulate their value proposition to potential clients.
- Intelligent Automation.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through various channels, including internal / external networking, email campaigns, and partner-referrals.
- Work with the vertical Industry Group Sales Teams to identify and prospect potential clients who can benefit from Low Code solutions, focusing on one or more of: Application Development; Application Modernization; Process Orchestration; Customer Service;
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand clients' current challenges and pain points related to customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Architects, Domain Consultants, Project Managers and others, to develop tailored solutions that address clients' specific requirements.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate the benefits and ROI of our solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the presales process and beyond.
Candidate requirements:
- 12-18 years of experience with at least the recent 5 in consultative sales, preferably within the Low Code Application or Digital/ Business Process Automation (DPA/ BPA/ BPM) industry, leveraging platforms such as Pega, Appian, Camunda, Newgen, IBM, MS Power Platform, Outsystems, Mendix, etc., in the UK and also preferably in the Nordics region
- Prior experience of presales, estimation and solutioning
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Recent years’ sales record of about $ 10 m ARR, in relevant offerings
- Strong business acumen and the ability to identify new opportunities and trends in the market. Ability to translate these trends to innovative solutions by understanding client needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with key stakeholders.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meeting and to attend industry events.
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology or a related field. MBA in Marketing or Sales is a plus.
