Consulting Project Manager – Digital Transformation & Product Engineering
Location: Pune (Hybrid - 2 days WFO)

We’re looking for a Consulting Project Manager who can drive complex digital transformation and product engineering projects from initiation through delivery — with a clear focus on value realization, stakeholder alignment, and execution excellence.

Your Role:

• Lead the end-to-end execution of multi-stream projects across Data Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud, IIoT, and Mobility.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders — from Product Owners to CXOs.

• Translate business goals into well-defined roadmaps and ensure alignment across cross-functional delivery teams.

• Utilize Agile methodologies to plan, manage risks, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

• Own project governance, reporting, and ensure consistent delivery against SLAs and KPIs.

• Coach and lead teams of 5–10 members, supporting their growth and ensuring alignment with project goals.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of experience in project/program management, with at least 2 years in a project ownership or client-facing consulting role.

• Solid understanding of digital transformation projects and associated technologies (Data Engineering, Cloud, IIoT, etc.).

• Experience with Greenfield development, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial tech domain.

• Strong grip on stakeholder communication, value delivery, and project financials.

• Proven ability to lead teams, manage dependencies, and deliver within defined scope and timelines.
