Job Description
We are open for a Consulting Solution Lead , Fusion HCM
Experience: 7 + years
- An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud suite of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within HCM product family.
- Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment in order to design business solutions utilizing Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Operates independently by applying Oracle methodology, leading practices, and creativity to develop business solutions on complex customer engagements.
Lead Fusion HCM solution design aspects of engagement(s) in a Functional Lead role ensuring high quality and integrated business solutions. Experience in implementation of following (atleast 3)
- Core HR Management – Worked on Enterprise configuration, Workforce Structures, Page Customizations, Employee and Manager Self Services, Person Management configurations, Approval’s configuration, Area of Responsibility, Checklist for Onboarding and Offboarding, Lookups, Value sets.
- Oracle Recruitment Cloud – Worked on Complete ORC module configuration End to End includes Requisition, Candidate, Candidate Selection Process, Offers, Approvals, Job Application flows, Career Sites, Onboarding Checklist and Journeys, Job Template, Content Section Library.
- Absence Management –Absence Plans, Absence Types, Absence Reasons, Absence Processes, Eligibility Profile with Derived Factor as per the requirement. Worked on All types of Absence Plans – Accrual, Qualification, No Entitlement, Donation, Compensatory.
- Goal Management –Goal Plan, Goal library, Review Periods, Eligibility Profile, and integration with Performance Management
- Performance Management – Questionnaires, Goals, Feedback Process, Overall Summary Process, Template Section, Process flow, Eligibility profile with Derived Factors, Performance Template, Performance Document and Scheduled Process.
- Compensation & Benefits – Implementation experience of Compensation & Benefits in Fusion HCM
Roles and Responsibilities
- Influences customer leadership in acceptance of Oracle solutions and services. Presents and demonstrates solutions to customers.
- Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes within HCM product family; or architects and designs technology solutions that address cross stack issues.
- Provide subject matter expertise in the Oracle HCM Cloud applications
- Ability to craft and articulate strategic solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies and best practices.
- Able to configure the application to meet the client’s business process and requirements and develop workarounds as necessary
- Demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems and management of configuration/prototype workshops
- Develop and document testing scenarios, test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration and acceptance testing
- Facilitate train-the-trainer or end-user training
- Assist the integration consulting team in helping to build, configure and test integrations with other systems
- Communicate and liaise with Key Users for complete analysis of business requirements
