with a worldwide presence, we are looking for a consultant 360º , to manage selection processes and Business Development, of our clients, in our offices in Madrid.

Consultant 

Requirements:

• Minimum studies: University Degree
• Recruitment Experience at least 1 year
• Organized, proactive, results-oriented person who wants to focus their professional career in the world of Human Resources consulting.
• Good level of English is a must
• Target and results orientation.
• Very good communications and people skills.

  Main functions:

• Business development, clients and candidates contact.
• Direct search for candidates
• Publication of offers on the main job portals/ Curriculum screening.
• Telephone, telematic and face-to-face interviews and client meetings.
• Negotiate with Clients our service contract and conduct the process
• Presentation and defense of candidacies with the client to arrange interviews
• Negotiate with Candidates potential offers and help them to make the right professional move.
