Contact Centre Agents
£22,000 plus excellent benefits
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Handle all telephone calls in a professional manner
- Update the reservation system to process telephone and email sales for customers
- Promotes products and services to generate revenue
- Assists customers with specialist support and after-sales service
- Deal with any reservations changes, purchase of additional services, and special requests etc
- Respond to customer emails and chats in line with (SLAs)
- Assist customers with their online booking and other web queries
Requirements
- Excellent command of the English language (Written & Verbal)
- European language highly desired but not essential
- Educated to 'GSCE' level standard or equivalent
- Proficient on Microsoft Office package
- Organisation and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work flexibly to the needs of the business and under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
