Contact Centre Manager (Office based role in Uxbridge)

Skills & Experience required include:
- Educated to degree level
- 5 years proven experience in customer service office based
- Tech Savvy - ability to use MS office, CRM systems and social media
- 1st class communication skills both written and verbal
- Motivational and ability to lead a team
- Problem solver & ability to work under pressure
Key Duties:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email and social media etc
- Set customer satisfaction targets
- Set team KPi's
- Train and manage the customer service team
- Investigate complaints
- Maintain and update CRM Systems which include SAP & Salesforce
