Responsbilties may include but not limited to:
· Lead the design and delivery of contactless platform that are in line with the industry best practices and business needs.
· Responsible for business alignment and prioritization of all projects and initiatives related to contactless platform.
· Works with business departments to elicit business requirements and capture business needs.
· Clearly articulate and document business requirements, user journeys and business use cases.
· Identify proactively new business cases that could create a competitive advantages.
· Provides ad-hoc reporting required for management decision processes.
· Develop a roll-out plans for new business functionalities and use cases.
· Assess the risks of various solutions and prioritize business demands.
· Maximizing platform performance by monitoring, troubleshooting application problems and collaborating with Digital and Technology team on application architecture optimization and platform security.
· Lead, train and support application managers in their daily activities as well as supporting other staff engaged in similar activities.
· Determine, recommend and implement technology upscaling and roadmap for contactless platform
Required Qualifications:
Must have:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Digital and Technology
· 5+ years’ experience of Applications Management · 3+ years’ experience of Project Management
· Demonstrated analytical skills
· Strong understanding of business concepts and general business functions
· Able to approach challenges with a diagnostic approach and to be able to find new solutions to difficult Technology and business problems
· Understanding of latest UX best practices and the use of mobile applications.
· Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions
· Experience identifying business operational issues and recommending and implementing technical solutions to resolve problems
· Ability to readily learn and adapt to new technologies, industry practices and trends
· Experience on project management
Desirable to have:
· Master of Business Administration
· PMP/Prince 2
· Certificate on DBMS
· 3+ years’ experience of Applications Development
· Experience of managing ticketing applications
· Experience of managing point of sales (POS) applications
· Knowledge on B2B and B2C applications
· Experience of application integration management
· Programming skills
· Experience with data modeling tools, and major DBMS systems
· Design and development integration and reporting services
