Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for content (everything that is broadcast);
- Effective project management;
- Craving for development in the field of IT content;
- Managing a team of both creatively directed experts and supervisory functions;
- Willingness to study and follow all regulations and requirements regarding advertising;
- Relationship management with government departments (ambulance, Kazhydromet and others) integration of systems, contracts and agreements, monitoring their implementation;
- Ability to use analytics, adjust and follow the company's reporting;
- Ensuring control over the fulfillment of all obligations in relation to broadcasts;
- Increasing the level of advertising content creation.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales / account management / service;
- Experience in a managerial position;
- Developed negotiation skills;
- Good analytical skills;
- Large-scale vision of the situation and the ability to quickly and effectively solve problems;
- Ability to work with a team, delegation, development, motivation.
