Responsibilities:

• Provides support to the sales team;
• Contracts issuing – draft contracts for any type of business that the company initiates to buy/sell;
• Check correspondence between business confirmation, the electronic format of the contract, and the listed version to the supplier/customer;
• Signed contracts, email copies, and originals will be created as per internal procedures;
• Prepare sales reports;
• Accountability and results orientation;
• Able to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Advanced Excel knowledge;
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Visual Basic is an advantage.
• Sociable, communicative, proactive person;
• Very organized;
• Enthusiasm and team spirit;
• Self-taught.
