We are supporting a leading industrial organization in identifying a Control Systems & Automation Engineer to support the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of advanced automation systems across a modern production facility.

This role is central to ensuring stable and efficient plant operations through the effective management and evolution of PLC, HMI, and industrial control systems.

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize automation systems, PLCs, and industrial control equipment
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues to ensure production continuity
• Support installation, configuration, and commissioning of new automated equipment
• Modify and maintain PLC and HMI programs, ensuring proper documentation and control of changes
• Calibrate and validate sensors, actuators, and control components
• Participate in automation improvement projects focused on efficiency, reliability, and waste reduction
• Collaborate closely with production and maintenance teams to implement effective technical solutions
• Ensure compliance with safety standards across all automation and electrical systems

Your Profile:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or related field
• 2+ years of experience in industrial automation or control systems
• Hands-on experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley or similar)
• Experience in HMI development and industrial control systems
• Good understanding of industrial networks (Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics
• Good command of English (C1 level)
• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail
• Availability for on-call support when required
