THE ROLE
Business Transformation Services (BTS) is the management consulting arm of the company playing a predominant role in service strategy: they work with strategic customers at the executive program level to achieve simplified Best-Run Business capability and accelerating business value realization from their solutions and other IT investments drawing on the insights, experience and company integrated delivery model. Your responsibilities will include:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as trusted advisors for C-Levels and focus on Customer Success
- Scale a global integrated delivery model for all services
- Service Portfolio of Business Transformation Services
- External demand for Business Transformation Services
- Internal and external perception of team quality and contribution of service
- Overall quality of team contribution and deliverables
- Consulting team utilization
- Size, growth, skillset, and maturity composition of team
- Resource allocation on projects
- Drive the Supply Chain and Manufacturing Transformation Journeys at the strategic customer of the Market Unit
- Generate Business opportunity for the company acting as COO/CSCO Trusted Advisor
- Connect the Customer Strategy to the Intelligent Enterprise value proposition
- Coach the BTS and Service team on the Supply Chain and Manufacturing innovations
- Discovering opportunities to drive customers’ innovation agenda
- Business development and acquisition support of services order entries
- Develop and manage practice growth and skill set of teams according to demand
- Customer stakeholder management and sparring of delivery team members
- Line management leadership tasks like communication, motivation, relationship management, encourage, coach and develop people, and demonstrate passion on the job
- Coordination of resource allocation in close contact with services management
- Management reporting for utilization
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Higher education degree (Masters degree or MBA preferred e.g. business administration, economics, computer sciences, engineering etc.)
- At least 7 years professional work experience in consulting for business and IT transformation or in comparable responsibility
- Experienced in driving main Supply Chain and Manufacturing Transformation projects in complex and international environment
- Experienced in interacting with COOs, CSCO connect with their priorities and influence their agenda
- Experience in strategic thinking and conceptual design of complex projects & programs
- Experience in customer interaction
- Deep Knowledge of the Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes and the Intelligent Enterprise capabilities, specifically on the Digital Supply Chain domain
- Ability to explain the strategic direction of the architecture to support the Supply Chain and Manufacturing Transformation
- Good knowledge of current and future trends in main industry and the impact on business strategies
- Solid knowledge in Solution and Technology transformations and respective industry business understanding
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, solid presentation skills
- Ability to manage customer’s expectations and communicate on controversial issues or difficult audiences
- Strong influencing skills to reach agreement on key decisions
- Ability to operate across organizational boundaries and influence across all management levels both internally and externally
- Self-confident, communicative and diplomatic character; strategic and analytical thinking; coordination and decision-making ability
