Job Title: Corporate Alliance Manager
The Corporate Alliance Manager is a key role within the corporate partnerships team, responsible for developing and managing strategic alliances between the company and external organizations. With a focus on driving growth, this position requires strong relationship-building skills, business acumen, and a deep understanding of the company's objectives and market landscape. The Corporate Alliance Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, negotiate, and execute partnerships that align with the company's strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
Partnership Development: Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities based on the company's strategic objectives. Conduct market research and analysis to assess partnership potential and competitive landscape. Develop a pipeline of potential alliance partners.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at partner organizations. Foster open lines of communication and serve as the main point of contact for all alliance-related activities. Collaborate with internal teams to align objectives and ensure the successful execution of partnership initiatives.
Negotiation and Contracting: Lead the negotiation process with prospective partners, including structuring agreements, defining key terms, and ensuring alignment between parties. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize partnership contracts and agreements.
Partnership Execution: Oversee the implementation of partnership initiatives, ensuring successful execution of joint marketing campaigns, co-branded activities, and other mutually beneficial projects. Monitor and track partnership performance against defined metrics and KPIs.
Performance Analysis: Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting on partnership initiatives. Evaluate the impact of alliances on business objectives, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for optimization and growth.
Industry and Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Identify emerging opportunities and potential risks that could impact partnership strategies. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market intelligence.
Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field. Prior experience in corporate alliances within a similar industry is preferred.
Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically about partnership opportunities in line with company objectives. Demonstrated ability to identify and evaluate potential partnerships that drive business growth.
Negotiation Skills: Experience in negotiating complex partnership agreements. Ability to balance the needs and priorities of multiple stakeholders while driving win-win outcomes.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement. Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions.
Team Collaboration: Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to influence and align internal stakeholders towards common partnership goals.
Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
