Our client is looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and experience:

• Qualifications such as ACCA, CAFR, or similar accounting frameworks.
• At least 6 years of audit and assurance experience on medium to large clients in commercial and financial services industries.
• Knowledge of Romanian accounting standards and international financial reporting standards.
• Familiarity with the Romanian business environment and market.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Romanian, with other European languages as a bonus.
• Strong analytical skills and a self-motivated attitude.
• Good team management and teamwork abilities.

Your responsabilities will include:

• Work on audit engagements.
• Lead project teams for Romanian and international clients.
• Provide on-the-job training to junior staff and give appropriate feedback on their performance.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with client management.
• Contribute to the business development of the portfolio of clients.
