Job Description
Responsibilities
- Development and maintenance of corporate identity
- Implementation of brand reputation management strategy and product brands through online communications, including SEO, SMM, mobile applications, website
- Implementation of external internet communication strategy through tools that impact brand awareness and increase customer sales funnel
- Ensuring consistency of brand elements across all communication channels
- Creation (adaptation) of style guides and content editing
- Planning and conducting corporate events, press conferences, seminars, and other events to increase brand visibility
- Interaction with journalists and media for organizing public events and press conferences
- Evaluation of the results of brand campaigns and events, analyzing their impact on the target audience and achievement of set goals
- Making adjustments to the strategy based on data analysis and feedback
- Development of internal communications for employees, such as company news, achievements, changes, etc.
- Development of programs to engage employees in the brand culture
- Development of communication strategies in case of crisis situations, providing timely and accurate information to the public
- Document handling and management
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Understanding of the nuances of building the company's internal and external communication systems
- Knowledge of how media and social networks work
- Experience in organizing events of various formats
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, creativity, proactivity, and independence
- Fluent in Russian and Kazakh
- Proficiency in English
